Welcome to Seventeen Two.

Situated on the Southside of Edinburgh’s city centre, adjacent to the scenic Meadows area, our apartment Seventeen Two, is a charming retreat within a sandstone Victorian building. The location is ideal for those who enjoy peace and quiet, yet want to be close to the city centre – the famous old town (Royal Mile) being about 10-15 mins walk across the park. Recently re-decorated to a very high standard, our two bedroomed apartment sleeps up to four people. The accommodation includes a well fitted galley kitchen, large lounge and dining area with period features, master bedroom with additional hand basin, second bedroom and wet room shower, toilet and wash hand basin, accessed from the central hall.

To the front is a small attractive private garden and to the rear is a shared walled garden which is available for use by guests.

The apartment is a second family home and as such is used by the Acock family and available to let to guests when not in family use. The standard of décor and home comfort therefore is much higher than that found in many similar holiday lets.

Parking is on street and metered except at weekends. Edinburgh Waverley station and Edinburgh airport are both easily accessible from the flat.

From the apartment:

  • Distance to the airport – 30 min drive.
  • Distance to the station – 10 min taxi ride.
  • Distance to the city centre –10/15 min walk across the park.
  • Nearest restaurant – 2 mins.
  • Nearest park – 2 mins – new children’s playground/tennis courts/green space.
  • Nearest bus – 2 mins – cheap, frequent service to city centre (10 mins).
