Situated on the Southside of Edinburgh’s city centre, adjacent to the scenic Meadows area, our apartment Seventeen Two is a charming retreat set within a sandstone mid Victorian terrace. The location is prized by our many guests- quiet and peaceful yet only a 10 min walk across The Meadows into the old Town with its many visitor attractions.

The apartment is a second family home and as such is available to guests when not in family use. Therefore the standard of décor and home comfort is much higher than that found in many similar holiday lets.

Take full advantage of the Budget Airline cheap fares and bring only hand luggage.  We provide the things you need to bring but don’t want to pack- hairdryers, shoe-cleaning kit, sewing kits, toiletries, robes etc. Our rental is fully inclusive of fuel, bed linen, towels, tea & coffee for your stay and a welcome bottle of wine!
